Tnsnames.ora where is it

I could test it to see what happens! In windows you can find tnsnames. Thank you. I have one query, i need to take tnsnames. How can i do that. I need to do this as i am getting access denied message when i take tnsname. Fantastic article that explains the function and syntax of the tnsnames. ORA it will work. But i dont understand how to use it all.
