Can you side with the thalmor

Leader of the Thalmor on Solstheim. Outside Windhelm Stables. Thalmor assassin sent to kill Malborn. Shrine of Talos at White River Gorge. Northwatch Interrogator. Commander of the Justiciars assigned to Markarth.

Southwest of the Guardian Stones map. Bound Sword , Fast Healing , Highborn. Fast Healing , Flames , Highborn. Hooded Thalmor Robes 00 10c Thalmor Boots 00 bac. Thalmor Gloves 00 bb3. Thalmor Robes 00 bbf. Northshore Landing , Abandoned Lodge. I mean when the Thalmor fall, will all the other races take it out on the elves?

All the elves? Also the Stormcloaks were not exactly a 'fair' side to choose You were working towards your own extermination. Why not take a chance and let them win, or if nothing let them gain an even stronger foot hold on the lands. It would be interesting.

I wish there was a quest to kill the thalmor at markath and hunt justicars. I just hate evil elves. That's like asking why we can't join Alduin. The Empire can hardly take the Aldmeri Dominion head on even now, they already signed a peace deal that wasn't in their favor. The elves are winning. While it can be debated whether the armies of altmer are really that strong - seeing as they agreed to the peace treaty instead of keeping the march on - losing Skyrim would be a devastating blow to the remnants of the Empire.

Which is why the Thalmor are all giddy about Ulfric and his little show. Thalmor would be assigned their mission by higher ranking Thalmor, thus you could argue that a Thalmor agent would already have chosen a side, but with the ultimate aim of betraying it when the time comes. Given how the civil war story plays out, from either side, I doubt you can effectively reconcile being a Thalmor Agent with ending a war the Thalmor want to continue endlessly.

If you can reconcile that contradiction, then either side would work. Originally posted by neuralnetwork :. Originally posted by Not-a-cat! Per page: 15 30 Date Posted: 7 Jun, am. I've only played Skyrim, but to me the whole game seems to be a medi-eval depiction of s Germany. Ulfic is trying to attempt to unify his people through a manifest destiny hatred of other races.

The Dark Brotherhood want you to kill people and then claim that you were "just following orders". If so, then yes, another depiction of the way the German people were treated under Nazi rule. That said, if characters are willing to assasinate people join the Dark Brotherhood , or to eat people The Taste of Death , then why would they have a problem with joining the Thalmor?
